More than 20 years in residential construction, from superintendent to construction manager to founding Cross Construction in 2017. Alex drives business development and client relationships while holding the standard for quality across every build.

Two decades across manufacturing and construction. Stephan oversees project controls, estimating, vendor management, and financials, and owns the systems that keep projects bought out, funded, and on budget.

Nearly a decade in residential real estate and construction. Camille manages brand, marketing, and advertising across digital, print, and events, including Cross Construction's presence in the Parade of Homes.

A background in styling and a lifelong eye for design. Paris supports day-to-day operations and brings developing interior design expertise to every project, currently pursuing her Residential Interior Design certification.

Over a decade in management, client relations, and logistics. Kevin works alongside the Superintendent to manage punch list execution, warranty responses, and scope items that fall outside the standard project workflow.

A lifelong homebuilder. Cordell owns the jobsite from mobilization through closeout, managing trade sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and schedule adherence on every build.

A background in finish carpentry and an associate's degree in mechanical engineering. AJ supports field operations on-site and is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
