Your design deserves a builder who protects it. We build to your intent, raise questions before they reach the field, and bring building-science expertise to the details that make complex designs perform.
Cross Construction is a boutique builder of custom luxury homes throughout northern Utah. We specialize in architecturally complex, detail-intensive projects, and we work closely with architects and designers to build each home true to its design intent.
What it means for your project
An expert voice in every decision.
Budget Before Blueprint
Costs are known from the earliest drawings, so the design isn't cut late in the build.
One Team, One Table
You're at the table from the start, and selections are confirmed before they reach the field.
Questions on Record
Questions and decisions are documented, and design changes come back to you first.
How we build
Down to the last joint, line, and seam.
Precision
Our building-science expertise goes into the parts of a home most people never see, and our standard shows in every finish.
Your Advocate
We guide every decision with the project's goals in mind and speak up when there's a better way.
A Home That Feels as Good as It Looks
Every home we build is durable, efficient, and constructed to support the wellbeing of those who live in it, with clean air, quiet interiors, and comfort that endures.
