You make each design choice knowing what it costs. We build your budget line by line alongside your architect from the earliest drawings, then hold it in BOSS HQ, where each revision is approved by leadership and recorded.
One Team, One Table
Your selections shape the budget, and everyone works from the same plan. Your architect, interior designer, and Cross work together from the start, so the design intent carries from the first drawings to the field. Each selection is confirmed before it's built.
Open-Book Pricing
You see exactly what you're paying for. Every major scope is competitively bid among vetted, insured trade partners, and each bid is shared with you. You'll see the real invoices, each tied to your budget, and know our fee up front.
Every Dollar Accounted For
Each draw arrives already checked. It's reconciled to your budget in BOSS HQ and verified against its invoices, with one sheet that tells the whole story: budgeted, spent, remaining, and what you've paid vendors directly. You can follow each draw's status in your portal, your own view of BOSS HQ.
Every Decision on Record
Your portal shows your schedule, budget, draws, and change orders, so you'll know where your build stands, whether you're down the street or across the country. Change orders are approved before work begins, decisions are recorded as they're made, and our field team documents each working day in BOSS HQ with a written log and site photos.
