Eleventh East is a full remodel of a 1,700-square-foot home in Sugarhouse, completed in fall 2024. The original layout was reworked from the ground up. A bedroom became the primary closet, and a living room became the primary bedroom, reshaping the home into a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout centered on a true primary suite.
