Pelican Point reads classic from the street and lives modern inside. A white stucco and brick facade with arched windows opens to a two-story great room finished in shiplap and dark wood beams. The kitchen, primary suite, and a fully finished lower level carry the same restrained palette of white cabinetry, quartz, and black hardware. The basement turns over to the family, with a home theater, a lounge, and a play space.
